ELA office system for tuindeco in the netherlands

In 2017, ELA implemented an office container system for Tuindeco, a Dutch wholesaler of log cabins and garden decorations made from wood. For the purpose of expansion, the company acquired a new area in Coevorden, Netherlands, in 2021, which will be home to both the halls and the office building. 

“It didn’t take us long to realise that  ELA offices were the obvious choice,” explains Riekel Vossebeld, Manager of Operations at Tuindeco. “What we  like most about the ELA mobile room modules is the design freedom.” The customer subsequently installed wooden paneling in the container system, brought in its own furniture and furnishings, and created a rustic interior that reflects the brand identity.

Measuring nearly 1,000 m² in size, the office system was built for long-term use with 54 ELA premium containers. The modern office building offers plenty of space for large offices and meeting rooms, kitchen and lounge areas, and separate WCs. In addition, a 54 m² system comprising three ELA premium containers was installed on the premises for Tuindeco’s logistics department. ELA also supplied air-conditioning units to ensure the optimal working environment. 

“We’re especially delighted when good customer relationships lead to wonderful projects like this one,” says Peter Louissen, ELA International Project Director Data Centre, who planned the project and implemented it on-site with the international sales team. “This project is also a shining example of how a customer’s unique style can transform our containers into real eye-catchers.”
