Temporary ELA medical practice in Austria

When Dr Fritz Reith made the decision to renovate his medical practice in Sankt Peter in der Au, Austria, he needed to find a temporary solution, as he planned to continue treating his patients of many years with the same level of quality during construction at the existing building. Experienced ELA sales representative Michaela Strauß of the ELA Pettenbach location in the state of Upper Austria worked with the practice team to develop a customised mobile room solution that fulfils all the customer’s needs as well as the legal requirements of a medical practice.

In a space measuring around 80 m², a total of six ELA room modules accommodate a central sign-in area and waiting room, compliant treatment rooms, offices with desks, mobile filing cabinets, swivel chairs and secure steel filing cabinets, sanitary systems and a staff kitchen.

Split air-conditioning and heating units ensure a good working environment and pleasant temperatures in the treatment rooms, whilst a bright interior, LED lighting and large windows make for a friendly atmosphere. “Medical practices and other buildings used for medical purposes have high standards when it comes to planning mobile rooms,” says Strauß. In this case, the customer’s requirements include an easy-to-clean floor, barrier-free access with large, glass double doors, sinks and an awning at the entrance. “The medical practice system was delivered by ELA lorry and set up within two working days,” says Dr Reith.
